Garuda Indonesia Management Trainee of Sales & Marketing


Challenge yourself to be the future leader of The Airline of Indonesia and one of leading airlines in the world. Management Trainee of Sales & Marketing program will undergo 12 months training program with extensive exposure to:

1. Classroom training on airline business, global economic trend, brand revitalization, sales-marketing, and enterpreneurship.
2. Job rotation to various units covering commercial area at Garuda Indonesia.
3. Assignments at branch offices, leading project in sales, marketing, and branding with direct impact to the branch office's revenue.


Requirements:
1. Indonesian citizen.
2. Single and willing not to get married during training period (+/- 12 months).
3. Min. holds Bachelor's Degree/S1 from reputable university.
4. Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of working experience (max. age 27 years old).
5. GPA min. 3.0 for Bachelor's Degree/S1 and 3.25 for Master's Degree/S2 within 4.00 scale.
6. Any major are welcomed to apply, but more preferable from Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Studies, and Commerce major.
7. Good understanding in sales, marketing, and Airline industry.
8. Posses excellent communication skill, both verbal and written in English.
9. Active involvement in extracurricular activities (assuming leadership position), or has received recognition and award on achievement acquired e.g. scholarship, student exchange, etc.
10. Willing to be assigned to unit and/or branch office in accordance with company requirement.
